Refund & Return Policy

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery.

Raise a return by WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photograph of the item. Once the parcel reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days.

Stitched or customised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
